So, here's the scoop,

Jon Gosselin makes new admissions in his all-new interview with our Diane Dimond following his courtroom clash with estranged wife Kate Gosselin.

"Well, it was just after arbitration, we weren't supposed to take money out of the restrictive account and we both did," he tells Diane. "I was found in contempt for doing so, I didn't realize, I was just like taking my paycheck out."

Jon says he has been ordered to return $155,000 but admits he doesn't know yet how much Kate owes back. (Newsflash, she's paying mortgage on a 2m dollar home and supporting your 8 kids!)

"It's unaccounted for," he says. "So by Friday, we'll know her complete accounting, which might reduce my accounting, so I don't know what's going on."

Jon says despite their ugly divorce proceedings, he did wish he could have spoken to Kate directly during Tuesday's court hearing.

"Was there a part of you in that court, looking over at your soon to be ex that just thought, boy I'd like to just walk over there and say, honey we can work this out?" Diane asks.

"I thought about doing that, but you know, in a public setting as a public figure you have to watch what you say and do," he says.

A Mississippi schoolteacher was sentenced to life without parole Wednesday for shooting and stabbing to death her lover's pregnant fiancee in 2006.

The same jury that convicted Carla Hughes of two counts of murder Tuesday for the death of Avis Banks spared her life, declining to impose the death penalty.

Mississippi is among the states that consider murdering a pregnant woman to be taking two lives.

Banks, 27, was found lying in a pool of blood on November 29, 2006, in the garage of the Ridgeland home she shared with Keyon Pittman, the father of her unborn child. She was five months pregnant.

She had been shot four times in the leg, chest and head, and then stabbed multiple times in the face and neck as she lay dying, according to medical testimony.

What would drive a woman to do something so Fucking despicable??? A Man? I don't think so!!!

So Morally wrong! Shame on you, Jury for not sentencing her to Lethal Injection!!!!!

WRAP IT UP!! Lil' Wayne is planting seeds from the East Coast through the Dirtay South! Wayne just cleared up rumors today that YES indeed, he is expecting another child, from singer Nivea. (a D list singer). Yup. So here's the scoop.

Just last month we told you about his babymomma, actress Lauren London, who gave birth to his baby boy.

That was Wayne's third child. He already had one with his ex-wife and one with some college student.

But we also mentioned back in June that singer Nivea Hamilton was rumored to be pregnant with Wayne's child as well.

And now finally, months later, Wayne has confirmed the baby news.

During a BBC interview with Tim Westwood, Wayne confirmed that he and rapper Nivea are expecting a baby boy!

The casual announcement confirms this will be the FOURTH child for Wayne.

5 charged with setting Fla Teen on fire....

Five teenagers were charged with aggravated battery Tuesday for dousing a 15-year-old with rubbing alcohol and setting him on fire because he stopped someone from stealing his father's bicycle, authorities said.

Michael Brewer was hospitalized with burns on more than three-quarters of his body after the attack at a Deerfield Beach apartment complex Monday.

Brewer is expected to remain hospitalized for five months.

A source tells Us Weekly the buzzed-about program will include Michael's kids Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7, though not everyone's happy about it.

Deerfield Beach, Florida- A 15-year-old boy was badly burned Monday afternoon when he was doused with a flammable liquid and intentionally set on fire, officials said.

Broward Sheriff's Office spokesman Jim Leljedal said the boy, identified by family members as Michael Brewer, was sitting by a swimming pool at about 3:15 p.m. when the bizarre attack occurred.

Detectives were investigating whether the attack at the Lime Tree Apartments in the 400 block of Southeast 13th Court was tied to an incident the day before, when Brewer stopped someone from stealing his father's bicycle. Leljedal confirmed that a juvenile had been arrested Sunday, but could not say whether the incidents were linked.

According to reports, Brewer is badly burned over 75% of his body with 3rd degree burns.

Our prayers go out to him and his family.

Jail's no Roman holiday after all.

Oscar-winning director Roman Polanski is "depressed" and in an "unsettled state of mind" as he begins his third week of lockup in a Swiss prison, his attorney said Sunday.

"I found him to be tired and depressed," Herve Temime told reporters after visiting the filmmaker in Zurich.

"Roman Polanski ... seemed very dejected when I visited him," Temime added.

The bummed-out auteur lost his first shot at freedom Tuesday when a Swiss court tersely rejected his appeal for immediate release - and urged another court to deny him bail.

Polanski, 76, was arrested Sept. 26 after 31 years on the run from California statutory-rape charges. In 1977, Polanski pleaded guilty to having sex with a 13-year-old girl and spent 42 days in prison undergoing psychiatric tests before fleeing the U.S.

Key words being 31 years on the RUN! Shame on you Roman, better yet, Shame on you United States Judicial System for allowing this to go on so long!

California Governor signs bill honoring Harvey Milk

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed a bill commemorating Harvey Milk, the first openly gay politician elected to public office in the state, a spokesman for the governor said Monday.

Milk was assassinated in 1978.

Under the measure, the governor each year would proclaim May 22 -- Milk's birthday -- as a day of significance across the state.

Milk was a "unique" historical figure who led a civil rights movement and then was "assassinated in his public office for being who he was."

And the fight continues for Equality and Gay rights. Kudos.
