In a search warrant affidavit that was released today, Mayumi Heene told sheriff's deputies she and Richard "knew all along that Falcon was hiding in the residence."

The saga continues.Kate Gosselin's lawyers received an email from Jon Gosselin's Lawyer stating that he has $152,000 from Jon that will repay Kate for the money he looted from the joint account.As we first reported, the judge in the case ordered Jon to repay $180,000 -- Jon has already repaid $28,000 so the balance is $152,000.
Under the terms of the judge's order, Jon is required to wire the money to Kate's lawyers. That has not been done yet.

Lil Wayne couldn't have picked a tougher state to face a gun charge than New York.The rapper entered a guilty plea in a Manhattan court on Thursday as part of a deal that will see him be formally sentenced to one year in prison. Wayne pleaded guilty to a class "D" violent felony of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree; the charges stem from a July 2007 arrest.

This is heartbreaking. Unthinkable.The body of 7 year old Somer Thompson was found in a Georgia Landfill on Wednesday after vanishing in FLORIDA on her way to school on Monday. Apparently, Somer was walking to school with her 10 year old sister and twin brother when an argument ensued between the siblings. Somer ran off never to be seen alive again.
Police are withholding the details of what exactly was done to the child at this time.
So Sad.
Child Sex offenders, Child predators, Child killers can NOT be rehabilitated. Lock them up for life!!!!!!!! This is a National Crisis. Children should be able to walk to school safely without being abducted and murdered. Let's stop this with Somer.

Balloon Boy Incident a Hoax
I saw this coming since the moment the boy was found alive hiding in the attic of the family home.Three days after the world watched a giant balloon fly through the air as a tearful family expressed fears that their 6-year-old boy could be inside, authorities announced what we all suspect suspected: The whole thing was staged!!!!
Charges for the couple are imminent!

An altercation between a South Carolina high school student and a school resource officer ended tragically Friday with the student dead of a gunshot wound and the officer hospitalized after being stabbed.
The horrific incident took place about 8:25 a.m., and both the officer and the 16-year-old student were transported to Conway Medical Center, where the student died, said Sgt. Robert Kegler of the Horry County Police Department.
The resource officer, who was a Horry County police officer assigned to the school, remains hospitalized, he said.
Kegler had no other information.

Baby Survives being dragged by TRAIN!!!!
What a bizarre week!A 6-month-old baby miraculously survived after his stroller rolled off a railway station platform and into the path of an incoming train. The incident, which happened Thursday at a train station in Melbourne, Australia, was captured on camera. The footage shows the baby's mother momentarily letting go of the stroller, which then rolls over the edge of the platform. Seconds later, a train pulls in to the station. The stroller and baby were dragged several feet up the track before the train stopped.
Thankfully, the baby suffered only a cut to forehead.

TLC has filed a Lawsuit against Jon Gosselin for breach of contract. In its lawsuit, TLC alleges Jon Gosselin has violated his contract with paid and unpaid TV appearances he recently has made. The network claims it has lost more than $30,000 as a result of Gosselin's alleged disregard of his contractual obligations.
"The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements," reads a statement released by the network. "Those efforts have been unsuccessful."

He is being accused of staging the ridiculous and rather bizarre "flying saucer" episode. As more details surface about the case, the family has already appeared on the T.V. Jon Gosselin makes new admissions in his all-new interview with our Diane Dimond following his courtroom clash with estranged wife Kate Gosselin.
"Well, it was just after arbitration, we weren't supposed to take money out of the restrictive account and we both did," he tells Diane. "I was found in contempt for doing so, I didn't realize, I was just like taking my paycheck out."
Jon says he has been ordered to return $155,000 but admits he doesn't know yet how much Kate owes back. (Newsflash, she's paying mortgage on a 2m dollar home and supporting your 8 kids!)
"It's unaccounted for," he says. "So by Friday, we'll know her complete accounting, which might reduce my accounting, so I don't know what's going on."
Jon says despite their ugly divorce proceedings, he did wish he could have spoken to Kate directly during Tuesday's court hearing.
"Was there a part of you in that court, looking over at your soon to be ex that just thought, boy I'd like to just walk over there and say, honey we can work this out?" Diane asks.
"I thought about doing that, but you know, in a public setting as a public figure you have to watch what you say and do," he says.

The same jury that convicted Carla Hughes of two counts of murder Tuesday for the death of Avis Banks spared her life, declining to impose the death penalty.
Mississippi is among the states that consider murdering a pregnant woman to be taking two lives.
Banks, 27, was found lying in a pool of blood on November 29, 2006, in the garage of the Ridgeland home she shared with Keyon Pittman, the father of her unborn child. She was five months pregnant.
She had been shot four times in the leg, chest and head, and then stabbed multiple times in the face and neck as she lay dying, according to medical testimony.

5 charged with setting Fla Teen on fire....
So sad.Five teenagers were charged with aggravated battery Tuesday for dousing a 15-year-old with rubbing alcohol and setting him on fire because he stopped someone from stealing his father's bicycle, authorities said.
Michael Brewer was hospitalized with burns on more than three-quarters of his body after the attack at a Deerfield Beach apartment complex Monday.
Brewer is expected to remain hospitalized for five months.
